About The Flower Mysteries

The Flower Mysteries is a living body of work rooted in relationship with flowers and nature.

It grew from years of tending, observing, and working with flowers at Alchemy Farm — a ten-year ecological art project on Salt Spring Island in the Salish Sea.

At the heart of the work is a simple question:

What becomes possible when we stop seeing a flower only as an object of beauty and begin to enter into relationship with it as a living presence?

Over time, those relationships found expression through Flower Music, the Alchemy Flower Oracle, flower meditations, and five Flower Archetypes. The Flower Mysteries brings these strands together as different ways of encountering the flower world.

Each experience offers a doorway into relationship with the qualities, energy and living presence of a flower — including the subtle intelligence traditionally understood as its deva.
